Certmoat CMMC is an on-premises compliance platform. Your compliance data, evidence files, and controlled unclassified information (CUI) are stored exclusively on your local machine. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your compliance data.
Certmoat does not collect analytics, telemetry, usage data, browsing history, keystrokes, screenshots, or any content you enter into the application. There are no tracking pixels, cookies, or third-party analytics services.
Certmoat connects to exactly two servers:
license.inextier.com to validate your license key during activation and periodic re-validation. This transmits only your license key and a machine-unique identifier. No personal information is sent.
updates.inextier.com to check for application updates. This transmits only the current application version. No personal information is sent.
If you voluntarily submit a contact form on our website, we collect the name, email, and message you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share this information with third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers.
All application data is encrypted using machine-unique keys. License validation uses HTTPS with certificate pinning. Update files are signed with Ed25519 cryptographic signatures.
